3.4. For website design services, full payment is required upfront before any work commences.

4.1. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not typically provided once work has begun.

6.1. Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for campaigns and website projects.
6.2. RBRANDR is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect client information.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. RBRANDR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services.
7.2. While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as engagement metrics, lead generation, or sales increases.

8.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of service.
8.2. RBRANDR may showcase completed work (including websites built on Wix Studio and Velo) in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Revisions & Scope of Work

11.1. Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in your proposal or agreement.
11.2. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

12. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

12.1. RBRANDR may use third-party platforms such as Wix, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta, and others as part of our service delivery.
12.2. We are not responsible for outages, limitations, updates, or additional charges applied by third-party platforms.
12.3. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own subscriptions or accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Termination

13.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice—30 days for retained services, 14 days for one-off projects.
13.2. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for any completed work up to the date of termination.
13.3. No refunds are provided for completed or partially completed work unless agreed in writing.
